- Shipping and handling charges are $4 for the first book, $1 for each additional book.
- Orders ship within one business day of receipt. Books arrive in 5 to 7 days. Make a note in Special Instructions if you would like faster delivery. We’ll notify you of any increase in cost.

I am ordering for a retail or distribution business, school, library, or other agency
Please note:
- Because of variables in discount schedules and shipping charges, we cannot provide you with an accurate final total on-line. An invoice displaying your final total will accompany your order. Please make a note in Special Instructions if you would like us to fax/e-mail your invoice/total.
- Orders ship within one business day of receipt. Books arrive in 2 to 5 days.
- We ship via USPS, FedEx Ground, UPS, or trucking company. If you have a preferred shipping method, please note it in Special Instructions.

Retailers and distributors: We'll need prepayment of your first order and a copy of your retail certificate to give you a proper discount. Please fax it to (941) 739-2296.

Schools, libraries, agencies: Prepayment is not required. We'll need a valid purchase order number to give you a proper discount. Note any applicable state contract bid number under in Special Instructions.
