Mauricio Herreros has a bachelor’s degree in computer science and an MBA. After fifteen years of working in the corporate world he felt a lack of purpose in his career. Five years ago he embarked on a personal journey that led him to discover the diverse and mostly unknown world of spirituality that exists all around us in Florida and the Southeast. Mauricio lives in northeast Florida with his wife and children. When he is not traveling or writing, he works as a systems consultant.
He has also been running the roads and trails of Florida for twelve years. He has logged thousands of miles checking out new runs, interviewing Florida runners, and immersing himself in the state’s varied running scene.
